Refund & Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed only after successful payment.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or phone. We will assist you with the cancellation process.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

The customer receives a completely different product from what was ordered.
The product is received in a severely damaged condition due to transportation.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs via WhatsApp or email.

If approved, the customer may receive a replacement or refund at the sole discretion of 350 Shirts.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
